We are seeking an experienced intelligence professional for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia area.

Successful candidates in this intelligence management analyst position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy.

Candidates will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights.

Specific areas of expertise and support are need in the following areas :

Primary Responsibilities :

Advise / Support the regionally focused National Intelligence Manager (NIM) with planning, analyzing, producing, and coordinating the development of strategic documents, policy development, ODNI's external engagements with U.

S. and foreign partners, and interagency meetings to include interagency-policy-committee to National Security Council meetings.

  • Support decision makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress, specifically, prepare and coordinate high level Executive Point Papers (EPP) and Talking Points (TPs), and preparation materials in support of these engagements.
  • Support preparations on intelligence matters for senior leaders to engage with foreign partners on regional crisis, including facilitating deconfliction and coordination with other IC offices.
  • Provide cross-functional support to Unified Intelligence Strategy (UIS) analysis, as well as specific functional expertise to facilitate / oversee implementation of solutions with IC elements.
  • Ensure applicable intelligence products are downgraded, declassified, or releasable and approved through the appropriate processes.
  • Support the variance process, with implementation of intelligence sharing guidance to include facilitating and tracking quick-turn exceptions to policy in conjunction with other NIMs.
  • Assist in coordinate of working-level administrative and logistical integration between and amongst IC Strategy Boards, to include scheduling, speaker note-taking, deconflicting with other offices, and capturing lessons learned.
  • Maintain situational awareness of a variety of issues and related intelligence challenges, providing written or verbal responses to policy maker requests.
  • Support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address intelligence integrations matters.

Basic Qualifications :

  • TS / SCI with Poly.
  • Regional expertise in the Russia / Europe / Eurasia Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Experience with analysis and analyst tools.
  • Experience with conceptualization and assessing qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Experience working with and briefing various IC-elements and Joint Staff.
  • Strong understanding of collection and publication processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with USG senior leaders and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.
  • Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings for senior-level staff.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.

Pay Range : Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
