Metrea Management provides central services to 12 global business units via Operations, Solutions, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams.

Position Summary

This is an exciting position for a seasoned Technical Recruiter looking to take ownership of a number of high priority hires across the Enterprise.

This role would suit an individual who has high accountability and who is proactive and curious in nature. Alongside day to day hiring, there are many opportunities to lean into strategic initiatives that help support the evolution of the People team in general.

Essential Functions Statements

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify needs for the Business Unit along with creating appropriate goals for requisition with each leader.
  • Actively sourcing, screening and presenting technical talent across roles including Virtual Reality, Radio Frequency, React, Cyber.
  • Working hard to provide a great experience for our candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advising hiring managers on things such as talent attraction strategies, interview training and offer negotiations.
  • Proactively provide updates to hiring managers and the wider TA Team, following process at all times.
  • Coordinating with HR Business Partners on overlapping duties, job descriptions and offer letters when needed.
  • Managing offer letter process through to candidate acceptance.
  • Participate in weekly calls with People leaders and Business Partners to align on priorities and understand future needs.
  • Actively participate in initiatives such as DEI, Manager training, process improvements.
  • Train and mentor Talent Coordinators and Sourcers.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience built working as a Technical Recruiter, a blend of inhouse and agency preferred.
  • Experience working for a government contractor or defense business would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience sourcing talent with clearance TC / SCI / FSP to help support the broader TA team requirements would be ideal.
  • Advocate for process, clear and regular communication with all parties in the process.
  • Creative in approach, able to utilize the tools, budget and systems available to bring about positive change.
  • Utilizes data to make recommendations and decisions.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs.

Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Facility Location : Washington DC, Hybrid

Travel

Travel requirements are approximately 25%.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
  • Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance
