As a Customer Experience and Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service, managing our Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and supporting a variety of marketing and sales initiatives.
Your role will significantly impact our global presence through tradeshows, congresses, and other key events, while also enhancing our marketing efforts.
This is a hybrid onsite position with an amazing benefit package, including 90% covered and 3 weeks paid vacation time to start.

Customer Service & Order Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global tradeshows, scientific congresses, and healthcare provider education events.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop sales quotes, acquisition contracts, and establish new vendor partnerships.
- Engage with leaders and assist with field-based marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Trade Show Duties
- Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, equipment transportation, and staff arrangements.
- Manage pre-event and post-event activities, such as invitations, registration, and follow-up communications.
- Track and report on trade show performance metrics, including lead generation, attendee engagement, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all trade show materials are prepared and delivered on time.
- Assist in designing and creating visually appealing trade show displays and promotional materials.
CRM Database Management
- Oversee the management and organization of the company’s CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Develop and implement best practices for data entry, maintenance, and retention of electronic records.
Marketing Support
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and technology.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support various marketing initiatives.
- Analyze clinical data and customer feedback to develop targeted marketing tools and resources for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Support content creation for digital marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with different departments to support and execute company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
