As an Investment Consultant (IC) at Schwab, you have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch Network atthe ground floor.
The first foray into the path towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, the IC role provides the exposure and experience required to advance in this challenging space.
You’ll learn what it takes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions.
You’llobserve our skilled FCs and learn how to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.

What you have Required Qualifications : A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program) A valid and active Series 66 (63 / 65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment) A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment) Preferred Qualifications : 2 years of experience in the financial services industry Ability to leverage Business development experience Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage / banking products and services Openness to build strong client relationships In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
