Responsibilities
- Support up to 4 Relationship Managers with client management responsibilities for the bottom 80% of the portfolio. (RM's still primary point of contact for all Key clients)
- Act as primary contact on behalf of the RM to the client for smaller, lower touch portion of the portfolio.
- Conduct client facing responsibilities including annual review meeting, customer service and closing process.
- Responsible for Collection and review of annual financial reporting requirements for the assigned relationships.
- Work with Credit Department toplete annual reviews, new money requests within assigned portfolio. Actively make rmendations for appropriate risk ratings upon review of financial data.
- Manages portfolio reports including doc exceptions, maturities, monitored Lines etc. to clear exceptions.
- Work with bank partners in support of cross sell opportunities as identified through client interactions.
- Work with RM's to Assist with Deal Screens and preliminary review of Large existing and prospective clients. Work closely with Sr.
Credit Underwriters to facilitate the analysis and underwriting ofplex credits.
- Responsible for the review of loan documentation and closing process for assigned relationships
- Work directly with lead RM as appropriate and when more expertise is required to support the client.
- Assist RM in credit presentation to RCO and Loanmittee
- Periodically apanies RM on Calls with top 20 clients to support on going training and development of PM.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoingpliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 4 year degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in credit analysis,mercial banking and business banking with at least 2 years of specific portfolio management and or underwriting experience.
- Understanding of loan structuring and loan documentation is required.
- Knowledge in accounting and lending principles as well as excellent oral and writtenmunications skills.
- Strong organization skills, High attention to detail.
- Client facing acumen.
- Possess multi-tasking skills and function well under pressure.
