Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Job Summary : \nThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nEvaluate and monitor patients, assisting physicians in providing quality care.\n\nDevelop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical needs.\n\nPerform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout the treatment process.\n\nDocument all aspects of care accurately, following established standards and clinical priorities.\n\nAdvocate for and apply evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n\nProvide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with the professional nursing model.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nSchedule Details : \n\nShift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM\n\nWeekends : Every other weekend\n\nHolidays : As needed\n\nOn-Call : Not required
