Grant Accountant
Job Title : Budget Manager
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Program personnel and maintain strong working relationships with Assistant Vice Presidents and Program Directors.
- Develop program and administrative budgets, forecasts, and budget modifications as required by contracts.
- Analyze monthly program financial results and review quarterly and annual budget reports with the finance team and program leadership.
- Coordinate with funding agencies, including financial reporting to grants administration and responding to information requests from federal, state, and local government management offices.
- Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial and relevant experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles accepted in the United States and cost accounting principles.
- Operational accounting experience required, including budgeting, forecasting, grant monitoring, and variance reporting.
- Experience with federal contract reporting is a plus.
Compensation Information :
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 annually

- Schedule : Monday-Friday
