POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphics Design Manager performs layout and production of special and pre-printed point of sale materials. Ensures all required pre-printed P.
O.S. is available on a timely basis for promotions and pricing activity. This is a volume print shop creating over 100 workorders per day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified applicants must possess :
- Must be creative with strong computer skills.
- Graphic software knowledge a must
- Experience with OKI Data Laser Printer, Eagle Jet Large Format Printer.
- Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Print Management experience or educational equivalent.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Create well-designed graphics materials
- Create custom POS using ABI provided logos and graphics and provide as marketing tools for the sales department.
- Maintain Graphics Library
- Manage the Graphics Design Specialist(s)
- Maintain graphics equipment and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Production Scheduling
- Daily and weekly production output.
- Track and maintain appropriate graphics materials :
- Ensure pre-printed P.O.S materials are delivered timely
- Assist in receiving P.O.S. and place into storage
- Maintain appropriate inventory all pertinent graphic material
- Assist in the inventory of merchandising items, including placement of orders
- Assist with other duties as necessary
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTSMust be able to lift and carry merchandise up to 20lbs. May require sitting or standing for extended periods
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS & TEMPERAMENTS
- Job duties are performed inside building.
- Ability to maintain a professional image in public eye while performing the duties.
