Field Sales Representative

Lawn Pride is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as a Field Sales Representative . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential areas, presenting our products / services, and closing sales. No prior sales experience? No problem, we provide training and support to help you succeed!

As a Field Sales Representative , on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include :

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods to engage with potential customers
• Presenting our products / services and closing sales
• Following up on inbound leads
• Addressing concerns from existing customers

Compensation : Starting pay at $18.00 per hour + 4% Uncapped Commission

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

Location : 7740 Johnson Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46250
