Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in South Bend, Indiana.
This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year, offering 37.5 hours per week with onsite responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in the school district
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the educational setting
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
