Perform inspection of WIP and finished product in accordance with sampling plans and internal and external customer specifications. Communicates non-conformances to the appropriate individuals, in accordance with documented work instructions. Day shift (7a-7p) with a rotational schedule. Draws samples for inspection in accordance with the appropriate sampling plan. Inspects product in accordance to documented work instructions. Determines acceptability in accordance with documented customer specifications and AQL's. Controls nonconforming product, in accordance with documented SOP's. Ensures effective communication within the work team and reports any non-conformances to the appropriate individual. Responsible for food safety. Works 12-hour shifts standing on concrete. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Work in the heat. Performs other designated duties of the Quality System, as assigned.

Minimum Education Required : High School / GED
