Job responsibilities : If you are already familiar with the field of property management, you know the basics. If not, here's a glimpse into the typical day of a Real Estate Manager :

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure an exceptional living experience for residents.
  • Managing and supporting the on-site team, including leasing professionals, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborating with company staff and third-party partners to coordinate maintenance and repair activities, maintaining the property's overall quality.
  • Being responsible for the property's finances, including rent collection, addressing late payments, and managing delinquencies.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with residents and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Monitoring the property's financials to ensure profitability and success.
  • Handling marketing communications to attract prospects and sending newsletters to residents.

In essence, you will be the Chief Operating Officer of your own community! Required qualifications : As mentioned before, we value aptitude and potential as much as experience.

While previous experience as a Leasing Representative, Assistant Property Manager, or Property Manager is beneficial, the following characteristics and skills are what will make you successful in this role :

  • The ability to multitask and handle unexpected challenges while staying organized and focused on your ongoing responsibilities.

  • This role involves various responsibilities, including finance, marketing, operations, leasing, and sales. You should possess the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapting your approach to different situations.
  • A problem-solving mindset when handling incidents and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
