BASIC FUNCTIONS :
Perform routine food service activities related to the setting up of serving areas and the serving of food to students and staff;
perform cashiering duties. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE OF : Standard kitchen equipment, utensils and measurements.
