Job Description :
The Veterinary Support Specialist properly responds to incoming customer requests, via phone, email, and / or chat session, to ensure the customer's questions are answered in a timely manner. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving customer requests and escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain service level expectations. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level. Compensation : $17.76 / hr plus benefits
Schedule : Candidates in Central Time are preferred; availability from 7 : 30AM-5 : 30PM with some rotational on-call required.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $15.19 - $18.65
