Roles & Responsibilities :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6-8 years of experience.
• Min. 5+ years' experience in Site Installation and Commissioning or Engineering / Technology activities focused on specification and design.
• Engineering or Project Engineering experience is an added advantage.
• Have a solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience in flange-to-flange / Systems Engineering.
• Acting as the primary technical interface for the site team and collaborating with Engineering for project execution.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of Baker Hughes's technical documentation and machinery data to compare it with customer requests, ensuring alignment.
• Providing project leadership and technical direction for identified opportunities, incorporating robust technical risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Supporting Engineering planning and related issue's resolution.
• Leading technical decisions with BH and customers for project-related discussions.
• Displaying a strong customer service-orientation mindset.
• Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Able to read and understand Engineering documents (like P&ID, Data sheets, Cause & Effect chart, Field instrument list, O&M manuals, etc.).
• Able to read various Service Requests (issue reporting platform), understand the technical issue, and summarize the issue in a concise manner.
• Collaborating with other Engineering team members, Field service engineers, and Digital team members for on-time delivery of the given task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
