About The Position
- Requirements : Board Certified in Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Schedule : Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off, 12 hour shifts. 8am -8pm or 10am-10pm.
We have a new and excellent opportunity for a FNP or PA interested and available for a locums assignment in Chinle, AZ. Details of the position are below :
- Start : ASAP - Potential for Ongoing coverage
- Location : Chinle, AZ
- Hourly Rate : $100 / hr all-inclusive rate
- Assignment Type : Urgent Care Clinic
- Case Load : 16-20 patients / day
- Requirements : BLS, ACLS, PALS and DEA
- Duration : 4 month assignment
