Assistant Controller
We arecurrently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join ourfinance team as an Assistant Controller.
This position offers a dynamicopportunity to contribute to our financial success with a hybrid work setup,combining remote and on-site responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead the financial reporting process, including the preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on bestpractices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, collaborating withexternal auditors to ensure a smooth and timely audit.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuableinsights for financial planning.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensurecompliance with industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professionalcertification is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention todetail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with managing and leading a team is preferred.
- Adaptability to a changing work environment and a commitment toprofessional development.
