Leading a team of 5-6 Maintenance technicians. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Maintain an effective and updated vendor supply list for spare parts and services.
Manage utility vendors, expenses and budget control. Supports Engineering and Maintenance on defining investments needed.
Keep 5S standards on maintenance shop, spare parts mezzanine and compressor room. Work with Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with OSHA.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, QA and environmental policies. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Allocate workload and supervision.

- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 6 hours at one time
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
