About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1870 To $2078 Job Title : Surgical Tech Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operating Room, preferably with trauma experience License : WA license required Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : - 2 years OR experience- Scrubbing experience Job Description : Work in a unit with 11 OR suites handling 30-40 cases per day.
- Handle common surgical cases in neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics.
- Operate using Epic Systems for electronic medical records.- Fulfill 2-3 call shifts within a 6-week schedule, including weeknight, weekend, and holiday calls.
- Maintain a call response time of 20 minutes for trauma cases and 30 minutes for non-trauma cases.- Wear hospital-provided scrubs according to the dress code.
- Participate in unit / department-specific orientation (12 orientation hours provided).- Be flexible to float to different areas as needed.
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse and Manager on duty.- Follow schedule management using Qgenda.- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
Make sure to fulfill all requirements and possess the necessary skills for a challenging and rewarding role in the Operating Room.
