About the Clinician's Workday

We are seeking coverage for both clinic and call responsibilities. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with call shifts running 8 AM to 8 AM in an on-site call room. The schedule typically consists of three-day coverage, including one 24-hour call shift followed by a day off, then two consecutive clinic days; however, alternate schedules such as two clinic days followed by one 24-hour call are also an option. The outpatient caseload averages about 15 patients per day, with the practice currently managing a panel of 84 pregnant patients and an estimated 19 deliveries expected in November 2025. Required skills include vaginal delivery, labor and delivery care, postpartum care, and outpatient care.
