Description
o Meeting weekly with PI to set lab agenda
o Scheduling for lab (participants, meeting times, lab hours, etc.)
o Onboarding and mentoring research assistants on interviewing and data collection with children, using Qualtrics for survey developments, and using Jamovi for statistical analyses.
o Documenting lab processes for future lab members (e.g., how we schedule and run participants, common analyses we carry out, etc.)
o Developing objectives based on publication / presentation goals for lab projects, and working with PI and research assistants on timelines to complete them.
o Literature searches, pilot studies, etc. agreed upon with the PI that lay the ground for long-term research in lab. This is prospective work, not necessarily for publication, but points to directions our lab might take in the future, as opposed to work that is leading to a presentation and / or publication on which you will be an author.
