Position Title : Operations Coordinator
Location : Austin, TX (minimum of 24 hours onsite and the remaining hours flexible for remote work, must visit the office daily during the work week.)
Job Type : Full-time
Work Hours : 40 hours per week

Position Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks and support our CFO.
While experience is valuable, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
This role is primarily desk-based but also involves some active, hands-on responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to grow and take on more varied responsibilities over time, potentially evolving into a Business Analyst position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the CFO with bill payments, document creation, and asset tracking.
- Oversee office services including cleaning, supplies, and space allocation.
- Manage workflows using cloud-based solutions for task and project management.
- Improve and maintain digital file-keeping processes, including creating approval flows and distributing contracts.
- Participate in light rental management duties with potential for increased involvement in future projects.
Qualifications :
- Education : A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. Demonstrated unique job experiences will be considered as an equivalent.
- Experience :
- More than experience, we are looking for someone with the intelligence, curiosity, and initiative to grow into a role that fits their strengths and interests.
- While direct experience in operations or office management is not required, familiarity with basic processes in bookkeeping, contracts management, and office operations is a plus.
- It would be wonderful if you have some familiarity with databases and advanced Excel functions.
- An aptitude for learning new systems and technologies, with a particular interest in AI, is highly valued.
