Commercial Construction Superintendent Position
Location : Florida
Salary Range : $120,000-160,000

We're on the hunt for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to spearhead our complex commercial projects.

Responsibilities : Project Leadership :

- Motivate and manage construction teams to deliver exceptional commercial projects.

Project Coordination :
- Keep project schedules, logs, and records meticulously updated and accurate.

- Skillfully communicate with a broad range of project participants including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships, pivotal to project success.
Resource Management :

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5+ years in commercial construction management.
- Availability for full-time, in-person work with flexible 8-hour shifts.
