Overview

The Financial Operations Manager will assist the Chief Financial Officer with all financial functions of Park Place Capital and Park Place Capital Securities.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate client billings and revenue bookings
  • Assist in creating budgets and forward-looking financial projections
  • Enter vendor payments and accounts payable
  • Calculate commissions owed to advisors, brokers, and other employees
  • Collaboration with CFO to accurately maintain all financial records
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Daily communication with third party operational vendors
  • Daily reconciliation of financial operational processes
  • Daily workflow with the Federal Reserve Bank
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting, treasury or job related experience
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and strong analytical skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products including outlook, word, and excel
