As a Returns Processing Specialist , you'll play a vital role in supporting our device repair programs by managing and processing core returns with accuracy and efficiency. From verifying components to training and supporting stores, franchisees, and field teams, you'll help ensure compliance, smooth operations, and strong program performance. What You'll Do

• Receive, unbox, and organize returned components according to program requirements
• Log Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and scan IMEI numbers / IDs for accurate tracking
• Verify labels, paperwork, and prepare shipments for Apple, Samsung, and Reconext components
• Review return reports, provide feedback, and dispute discrepancies when needed
• Communicate procedures, updates, and training materials to stores and franchise owners
• Send reminders to stores that have not shipped RMAs within required timeframes
• Create and deliver training sessions to support compliance and program requirements
• Manage the Device Repair Program Support inbox, addressing questions and chargeback issues
• Track and report metrics for monthly presentations
• Collaborate across departments to resolve program-related requests
