Hours : Monday-Friday, 4 hours and 15 minutes per day (21.25 hours per week). Flexible schedule available.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will work with a middle school caseload and may also have opportunities for Extended School Year (ESY) work.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, collaborative, and mitted to enhancing the educational experience of students through effective behavioral strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for middle school students.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, providing guidance and support to teachers and staff.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school environment.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with middle school students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention strategies, and data analysis.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
