Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.
- Create, update, and curate content in our knowledge base, including technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to capture relevant information.
- Ensure that knowledge articles are organized logically and tagged appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Generate, monitor, and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train team members on knowledge management processes and tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Develop organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Here’s what you’ll need :
- Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI
- At least 5 years' experience as a Knowledge Manager or similar role within an IT environment.
- Familiarity in MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
- IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco).
