Revco - Black Stallion, a division of Bunzl and a leading manufacturer of PPE to the welding, industrial, oil and gas, and electrical utility markets, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our office in Cerritos.

The Customer Service Rep will answer customer inquiries via phone and email and successfully process orders in Sage .

Responsibilities :
- Process order entry of incoming purchase orders via email, phone, e-fax, EDI and web orders. Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive inbound calls and emails from customers, assist with product pricing, availability, order status, tracking, and product information.
- Make outbound customer calls with questions regarding discrepancies on customer's purchase order(s).
- Collect data for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Communicate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
- Review backorder reports to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Sage and EDI experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
