We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified engineer in our design group. This position offers an excellent opportunity for upward mobility within a growing firm.

Description

Design Engineering (Primary Focus)

• Develop roadway, highway, and bridge plan sets in compliance with WisDOT Facilities Development Manual (FDM) and standards.
• Use Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation to prepare horizontal / vertical alignments, cross sections, grading plans, utility coordination, and details.
• Perform engineering calculations such as geometric design, drainage analysis, traffic staging layouts, and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with survey and environmental teams to integrate field data and regulatory requirements into design deliverables.
