Investment Operations Associate

A company is looking for an Investment Data Operations Associate to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain model recordkeeping and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Compile and deliver detailed monthly AUM reports and prepare quarterly fiduciary reports

Act as a liaison between the investment team and external advisors for communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or 5 years relevant experience)

2-4 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role

Familiarity with SMA & ERISA platforms and model portfolio workflows

Experience with performance reporting and billing reconciliation

Strong understanding of data management
