- Maintains product data integrity within client's designated software systems to ensure that all product costs, product specifications, and vendor agreements are accurate
- Reviews all pricing and invoicing discrepancies to determine where issues occurred, how to resolve them, and the cost for resolution
- Assists with the onboarding of vendors, serving as the vendor's first point of contact for any set-up related questions and coordinates internally with various functions to execute the onboarding process
- Resolves issues communicated by personnel regarding vendor product concerns
- Conducts content reviews to ensure new assortment expansion meets client's visual and data standards as products flow to the website
- Creates, collects, and analyzes customer / business insights as needed to help guide product plans, both short and long-term, with a review and makes recommendations based on the data as needed
