(FULL-TIME, PAY : $40,000-$75,000)

We love good folks. Advanced Sprinkler is looking for loyal Irrigation Technicians to join our team. We have high standards, and we work hard to maintain them. The job will be based out of Highland Park and our Technicians are responsible for providing on-site repairs, system extensions and maintenance of their equipment.  The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and speaks English proficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Support the client – First and foremost, your job is to help our customers meet their landscaping goals and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
• Startup, service, & shutdown – You will be responsible for turning systems on, making suggestions for improvements and upgrades, and getting systems turned off.
• Other responsibilities include :

Maintain vehicle inventory and cleanliness

Support installation crew efforts as needed

Communicate and coordinate with office for scheduling details

Update controller programming as needed

Requirements :

Experience working with PVC and Poly sprinkler systems

Clean driving record (Ability to be insured on our Auto Policy)

Ability to build relationships with the customer and communication effectively

Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to interact with tablet and smart phone technologies

Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
