Job Summary : Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Social Worker to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing social and emotional support within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' social and emotional needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, munity agencies, and families to coordinate resources and support services for students.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' social and emotional goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Valid StateSchool Social Worker certification.
- Previous experience working as a school social worker or in a similar role preferred.
Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
- Knowledge of social and emotional learning principles and best practices.
