Civil Litigation Paralegal Are you an experienced paralegal seeking a great opportunity for trial preparation and in-courtroom trial experience in State and Federal courts?

Responsibilities : Strong knowledge of California rules and court procedures Trial preparation, exhibits, trial binders including tech needs Organize documents and coordinate document productions including bate-stamping, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents Prepare document subpoenas Review and summarize discovery responses and medical records Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy Coordinate, track and update process server for service of documents on parties Coordinate the collection of, and return of, original records from client, expert, subpoenaed witnesses, courthouse, and other off-site locations as needed Qualifications : Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines Strong attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills 7 plus years of experience desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
