AVI, an FCAH Aerospace brand, provides unique solutions through a unified set of brands, delivering high-quality parts, innovative emergency equipment, and full-service maintenance, repair, and disassembly.
As a Packer, you will be responsible for completing the tasks associated with each work package, your multifaceted role involves :
- Inflating and packing unit according to the OEM manual
- Assemble Equipment accurately, thoroughly and efficiently
- Fill out work packages that include but not limited to unit work record, survival kit work records, packing forms, strap removal.
- Receive parts from Stock Room and verify with pick tickets.
- Complete corrective action and repair details on Unit Work Record and verify with inspection.
- Calling Inspector for in process inspection to comply with Folding procedures.
- Inspect, clean and repair equipment such as Valise assemblies, pack boards and light harnesses I.A W OEM C.M.M
- Verify complete unit complies with packing procedures, check paperwork and call for final inspection.
- Conducting functional test on the units
- Over pressuring the unit IAW C.M.M.
- Placing units on stabilization / air retention test
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with hand tools
- Aviation experience a Must
- Team orientated
