Director of Scientific Publications

A company is looking for a Director of Scientific Publications to lead the planning, development, and execution of scientific publications.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and oversee strategic publication plans across therapeutic areas

Partner with internal teams and external authors / agencies to deliver timely, accurate manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations

Ensure publications meet the highest standards of scientific integrity and compliance (GPP, ICMJE)

Qualifications :

Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a scientific or healthcare-related field

7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role in pharma, biotech, or scientific communications

Strong expertise in publication strategy and scientific writing

Experience in cross-functional collaboration

Proven project management and organizational skills
