Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation :
- Hourly Rate Starting Between $34.65 - $39.60
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What's a typical day as an Equipment Service Associate? You'll be :
- Confirming equipment operates to and maintains compliance to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Supporting production team to achieve daily targets
- Successfully completing required preventive and planned maintenance per plan, utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to meet equipment quality and availability
- Supporting projects to ensure the success of new model and business plan strategies to improve department characteristics
- Understanding equipment functionality and operational characteristics to perform an efficient and effective recovery
- Utilizing all available troubleshooting tools and resources to facilitate efficient equipment repair and / or recovery
- Developing capability of self and team by mentoring, training, and sharing of experience to ensure technical skill set growth
- Utilizing basic root cause analysis logic to improve equipment availability and apply countermeasures to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environmental targets
- Maintaining daily communication and reporting to ensure accurate transfer of information utilizing and accurately documenting activity in CMMS (Maximo) to capture labor time, resources applied (parts), conditions identified, and details of tasks performed
- Understanding equipment safety specifications and maintaining its integrity to ensure associate safety
- Completing scheduled work and training as assigned by ESTC and MESD Planners to meet production and MESD goals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a Technical Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Have technical experience with asset management or industrial maintenance
- Have electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Are able to read electrical and mechanical prints
- Have mechanical repair skills
- Are proficient in the use of electrical test meters
- Have experience with PM (preventive maintenance) completion
- Have experience with equipment downtime in assigned area
