Customer Service Representitive needed for manufacturing company located in Westlake Village.

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay : $24 hourly

The position will be mostly order processing & emailing, minimal phone, not a call center, will communicate with reps via email mostly, product handling, shipping mostly domestic and some international.

Really looking for a hard worker, with great work ethic who is detail oriented and with a great attitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Minimum high school diploma, with proven skill set in administrative responsibilities and support.
  • 1-4 Years Customer Service / Administrative Experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a professional manner.
  • Superior skills in organization, prioritization, time management, follow-up and delivering upon commitments and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications : Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours to accommodate East coast customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and sense of urgency, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Embraces strong work ethic with minimum distractions to get job done effectively and as expected.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly (verbal and written) with co-team members, other functional departments, sales team, managers, and customers.
  • Fast learner with willingness and ability to learn new skills, enhance existing skills for career development.Strong problem-solving aptitude with resourceful, quick on your feet thinking.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations, environments and people.
  • Ability to take direction / feedback with an open mind to achieve professional development.
  • A reliable and detail oriented employee who thrives in a team environment but can also work with minimal supervision.
