Warehouse Inventory Clerk

You get to work directly with the Inventory Manager in regard to current stock and potential issues with orders.

The work shift is Monday through Friday, 4 : 00am to 12 : 30pm

Responsibilities include :

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances.
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory.
• Process all inbound / outbound shipments
• Use SAP shipment monitor to acquire daily inbound / outbound shipment list
• Identify and communicate BRF / STO / PO corrections to inventory team
• Manage dock schedule in Lean Logistics
• Check Drivers in and out as they arrive for appointments
• Complete all paperwork for receiving department
• Manage Receiving schedule on dedicated and over the road drivers

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent degree / certificate
• 1+ years of warehouse and / or inventory experience
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Project management, adhering to deadlines and prioritization of multiple projects at a time
• Organization and professionalism, ability to influence key stake holders in different departments.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
• Collaboration with multiple teams and departments, communication skills
