Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, Node.
js, and Spring Boot, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust software solutions. This role requires the ability to work onsite in our Culver City, California office 3 days a week, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance features. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Extensive experience with Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the media or financial services industry.
