Practice Manager/Administrator - RWJBarnabas Health

Job Overview : The Manager of Health & Wellness will assist the Director and Senior Vice President (SVP) in planning, organizing, and coordinating the operations of three Employee Health and Wellness locations.

The Manager will oversee various aspects of clinic operations, including staff scheduling, special projects, report preparation, client management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role also involves training, ensuring efficient use of systems, and collaborating with HR and other teams to improve services and processes.

Locations : Community Medical CenterMonmouth Medical CenterMonmouth Medical Center Southern CampusQualifications : Required : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field3-5 years of healthcare management experienceStrong leadership and organizational skillsProficiency with scheduling systems (e.

g., Agility) and healthcare reporting toolsKnowledge of HR and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilitiesPreferred : Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related fieldExperience managing multiple locations or teams in a healthcare settingPrevious experience with employee health services or occupational health programsFamiliarity with employee health and wellness regulations and compliance (e.

g., Department of Transportation renewals)Essential Functions : Manage scheduling for clinic providers and staff, including Certified Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians across all Corporate Care Employee Health locationsOversee and train the Special Projects team on various tasks, including reserving Agility schedules, updating client processes, creating forms, training videos, and managing return-to-work (RTW) requests and reportsPrepare and analyze reports for the Director and SVP, as well as maintain updated client, customer, and contractor databasesMonitor payroll submissions and ensure timely processing for approval and submission to payrollCoordinate pre-employment physicals with HR teams for remote hires through the Agility scheduling portal and manage the employee health mailboxMaintain and update required HR and Corporate Care shared databasesServe as the primary point person for Agility System training for HR Service Center staffAssist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory for all locationsTrain new employees, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and assist with regulatory clinic coordination (e.
