Under direction and guidance of design lead,
- Work closely with clients to understand and meet the requirements
- Conduct site visits and site surveys and prepare documentation
- Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and development of drawings and specifications
- Guide FF&E selection and support procurement
- Lead internal and external design presentations
- Liaise with city officials for planning and building submissions
- Clarify scope, schedule, and budget with internal teams
- Collaborate with consultants and evaluate consultant work products
- Develop and manage a proactive communication program to keep internal teams and clients informed about project progress and conditions
- Support projects during construction phase
- Uphold quality standards while ensuring timely and efficient project execution
Expected Qualifications :
- 5+ years of work experience in architectural design and construction
- Familiarity with local building codes and common materials, construction means and methods
- Familiarity with authoring and editing CAD drawings and BIM models
- Knowledge of surveying process and tools
- Excellent communication skills
