As a Liaison to Operations, you have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about.

Our small agile teams adapt to evolving customer and warfighter needs.

In this role, you will join a small, highly-focus team working to develop and maintain signal-processing applications for use in a real-time operational environment.

The team members are multi-disciplined and contribute across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics.

The team works closely with operations personnel to meet unique and continuously development needs.

• What You Will Do*
• Work with operator to support deployed products.
• Provide user training.
• Investigate defect reports.
• Assist with communication to the factory.
• Help identify enhancements and improvements.
• Have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS / SCI security clearance is required.
• This position will be 2nd shift, 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday.*
• What You Will Learn*
• Site operations.
• Digital signal processing products and development.
• Qualifications You Must Have*
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Software integration and diagnostics skills.
• Software development experience with C++ and Python.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued *Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. *U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.

S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Qualifications We Prefer*
• Software development experience with Go.
• Test automation with GitLab pipeline.
• Experience with cloud development.
• Experience working with DSP or SIGINT applications.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
