THE POSITION
We are looking for an ADC Attendant to join our team! Our ADC Attendant works at our donation trailers and collects donations under the direction of our Warehouse Management Team.
This positions key responsibilities include :
- Greets and assists donors at donation trailers.
- Collects, sorts, and organizes donations according to the Agencys policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe drive-thru according to established Agency standards.
- Assists other departments within the Agency when needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to make decisions regarding quality of items.
- Reliable and consistently comes to work as scheduled.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- A passion for serving others and making a difference in our community.
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work outside for most of the day.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to fifty (50) pounds with no support regularly.
- Able to stand and work for eight (8) hours at a time.
