Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager / Account Executive is responsible for identifying and closing new business within their assigned territory.
This position will be responsible for one of three regions :
- Austin, Texas
- Las Vegas, Nevada
- South Florida
We are seeking energetic sales professionals with a strong network in the commercial real estate space. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC sales or related fields such as selling to facility managers or building operations.
You will work with the SDR team to generate net new meetings, and handle the sales cycles by meeting clients in the field, conducting demonstrations, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leverage existing network in commercial real estate, building facilities, or property management
- Conduct field visits (travel required) and product demonstrations
- Follow up on leads provided by SDR team
- Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Time Management and Autonomy : Demonstrate strong time management skills, meeting targets without needing oversight
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team first environment
Ideal Experience :
- Background in facilities management, property management, or large-scale roofing contracting
- Experience selling to building operations or facilities management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with procurement processes when selling products for commercial buildings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Preferred : Experience working in startups, open to managing changes, and the ability to to handle ambiguity
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- History of working with or selling to : Healthcare Institutions, Educational Facilities, Cold Storage / Data centers, Industrial complexes, Hotels / Hospitality sector
Compensation
- Base Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
- Commission : 5% of revenue generated
