Accounts Payable Coordinator
Description
We are looking for an AP Coordinator to join our regional team in Memphis, TN!
The Accounts Payable Coordinator, under limited supervision, will prepare and maintain records for accounts payable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Process accounts payable invoices for payment, including verification of costs and price extensions, discounts, account codes, etc.
- Process Patient Refunds.
- Prepare and maintain billings.
- Research unpaid invoices, credit memos.
- Communicate with vendors pertaining to accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Process and remit accounts payable checks, including replacement checks.
- Maintain files.
- Assist with preparation of 1099s.
- Keeping track of sales tax owed to states.
- Supports various functions in our Central Billing Office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience. Coupa and Doclink experience is highly desired.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office including EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK
- Maintains regular attendance habits
- Has initiative, resourcefulness, analytical ability, and the ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals
- Must be able to communicate articulately, comprehend written and verbal communications
EDUCATION :
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree preferred.
Qualifications :
2-3 years : proven Accounts Payable experience is required
