We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects, including large-scale commercial and residential builds.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and others.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
