OCI builds and manages hyper-scale distributed cloud services. OCI Monitoring service gives customers visibility into every dimension of their cloud resources with data, dashboards, alarms, and notifications.

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager who will lead an exceptionally talented team of Software Engineers to elevate the OCI Monitoring stack into the best and most reliable in the modern cloud environment by adding features and scale.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure high availability and operational posture of your service.
• Set the roadmap by negotiating requirements and deliverables with product management, internal and external customers.
• Develop project development plans.
• Drive the team to deliver on availability and roadmap commitments.

As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications.

Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.

Range and Benefit Information :

US : Hiring Range : from $120,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations.
