Job Summary :
As the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue across all locations.
You will lead the marketing team, manage multiple campaigns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Your strategic vision and creativity will be key to expanding our customer base and enhancing our position as a premier escape room experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the escape room business, aligning with corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Brand Management :
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and locations.
- Enhance brand visibility through creative campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Digital Marketing :
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize website and online booking systems to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Campaign Management :
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote new rooms, special events, and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Management :
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments, including operations, sales, and customer service.
- Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor expenses and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Partnerships and Community Engagement :
- Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives and sponsorships to enhance brand reputation and drive foot traffic.
- Customer Insights and Feedback :
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Use insights to inform product development and promotional strategies.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role (preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
