• Complete initial training and certification to become proficient in planning and booking.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.

Client Satisfaction :

• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after client experiences.
• Address any issues or inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• No previous experience required; full training and certification provided.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and necessary software for remote work.
